Refund Policy

1. Prepaid Retainers
All Deladesk services are billed as a prepaid monthly retainer. Work begins only after payment has cleared. Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
2. Cancellations
Clients may cancel service with at least seven (7) days written notice before the next billing date to avoid renewal. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.
3. Discretionary Credits
In exceptional cases where Deladesk is unable to deliver the agreed services, Deladesk may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial credit or refund. This does not alter the general non-refundable nature of prepaid fees.
